> A white line has been painted on the footpath at the exit/entrance to Condell Retirement Village,53 Condell Ave suggesting to drivers that they stop over the footpath before driving onto the road. When walking past here I’ve had vehicles drive straight out and over the footpath to the line, at speed, without looking for anyone using the footpath. It seems the village has painted this line. It is my opinion that the line should be on their driveway with a STOP sign painted on it.
