The original report was sent on Aug 25, 2019. ***still has not been attended too when I was told would be resolved by 30 August 2019) ........ concerned water has now been seeping under building & causing possible damage - will also be advising owners Peebles Group that you have failed to address this issue in a timely manner and therefore we will not be responsible if any damage has occurred from this constant leak. Water Meter located in footpath in Eaton Place, Central, Christchurch - outside Lone Star Manchester St building is spraying a significant amounts of water from the water connection underground when connection is fully on open. If we close it to stop water spraying then we have no water to the building.
