> Hi, I'm a keen cyclist and often ride on most weekends. Part of my route is riding along the cycle path down St Aseph Street, which is a great path. There is however one problem, a huge problem. Getting close to Hagley Park, there are multiple shutter bars across the cycle lane, which makes riding absolutely dangerous. Who in their right mind places shutter bars on a cycle lane? Please remove those things, they are dangerous for cyclists, and absolutely not required.
