> This broken water fountain has been getting used as a rubbish bin for far too long now! The Arts Centre have put rubbish bags around it to deter people from using it for rubbish, but even that hasn’t stopped them. There is an actual bin 10m down the street, so can this fountain please be taken away, or better still, replaced by a better bin than the old one further down the street. This eyesore is right beside the tram line and a high traffic area for tourists; not a good look for Christchurch!
