> Road was recently resealed but the fine chip was not swept afterwards. this is still thick in places on the road (hazard for cyclists) and had built up in the gutters and drains blocking drainage - There have been issues here in past years. This issue applies to the entire length of Harman's Rd. Upper Bridle Path is also in need of sweeping as the loose chip is major hazard for cyclists.
