> on the shared path beside the north end of Innes Rd, there is an area of waterlogged ground, caused either by a water pipe leak or a spring, that frequency means there is water on the path. it been that way for a long time. with winter approaching frosts could considerably increase the risk to both cyclists and pedestrians
