> resurfacing works have been occurring on halswell junction road for the last three or so weeks. the temp speed limits have been applied inconsistently, sometimes 30 sometimes 50 for milled out areas, or yesterday no speed reduction. ramps have been poor for a lot of patches and areas were left milled out for up to five days with high services. Columbia ave has been without a limit line for almost the entire duration of works and there has been no road marking reinstatement at all.
