> Concrete around drainage grating is broken. Also when it rains the drain overfills +++ and is a hazard warning to potential flooding. The drain never empties. All drains around in the near vaccinity right up to John Annan street and 33 Hamill Road, all overflow in light rain. I'm quite concerned and this needs attention.
