> clarification need re dogs on the Mt Vernon Farm track. one sign says dogs on lead at all time, another says effective control - these are signs from gate at the top of The Crescent. The sign from the Mt Vernon Carpark end of Hillsborough Terrace- says dogs under effective control - on lead around sheep - in small print. Please could you make your signs clear - i have seen multi dogs chasing sheep and off lead way away from owners. I have been approached by off lead German shepherds with no own
