Casebrook, Christchurch · filed 26 April 2026 · report 8151089
https://www.chch.live/report/8151089

> The roots of this tree planted by council on the boundary between my property and the next door neighbours at 1A Ballybrack Place are causing damage to the seal of my driveway and the leaves falling from the tree causes considerable build up over the drain at the end of the street which causes flooding all over the road at the entrance to the culder sack street if I don't keep clearing the drain and lifting the drain cover to scoop out leaves. Risk of H&S + property damage from vehicles spraying
