> 6 weeks ago council dug up the healthy mature plants from the street planters on Buccleugh Street. Only to be replaced with an ugly weed infested mess. Who approved this! Or is it just that it’s Phillipstown so no one gives a shit. I guarantee you would not do this in Merivale or Fendalton. PUT the plants back.
