> Water leak, it appears to be on the property side of the toby, so presumably not the council’s problem. However a lot of water is coming out and the dial is spinning very fast. Could be a shared water meter between properties 10, 12 and 14. Maybe the council can contact the owner to address the problem soon as the drain on the side walk is flooded.
