> Graffiti on at least 10+ lamp posts along Riccarton avenue (South Park side) starting at the bus stop opposite the hospital all the way to the deans and Riccarton road crossroad and traffic lights. FYI…. This was removed only last week previously. A repeat offender it appears. Thanks
