> 3 jarrow place as you see in the photos have drawn several neighbors and parents attention. The hazards are very obvious as the main straight to Oakland’s school, kids in and out walking in the pathways, the clutters, rubbish, and caravan took half of walk path, very concerning. Could someone look at this place please? We don’t want our kids get hurt. Thanks
