> The Esplanade is one of the premier parks in Chch, but it looks neglected these days. When I first came to it in 2011 all the plantings were great and the grass was lush. This lawn takes a beating but all it needs is an irrigation system. Have your landscape architects & gardeners give it a refresh so we can all take pride in it when showing off for our visitors
