> The sign is located too close to the entrance of the property at 306 Wairakei Road. When cars are parked along the road, residents exiting the driveway cannot clearly see whether any vehicles are approaching. The view is already partly blocked by the power pole, and the sign creates an additional obstruction. Together, they make the driveway exit double-blinded, which is very dangerous for both residents and passing traffic. The third photo shows the driver’s view from the driveway at 306 Wair
