> the jetty is steadily deteriorating. unfortunately although it looked good when it was finished it hasn't been designed and built to allow easy maintenance and it hasn't been built with the longevity of the materials and mind. is there a maintenance budget for the jetty? replacing these rails requires dismantling of part of the balustrade. there are now four significant fall hazards. the posts need to have been weather proofed from the top down simply because they are pine and they are cracking.
