> Dog barking every 5-10 minutes from 3am - 4:30am Monday morning the dog is at 155 Highsted Road. I have in the past written a note to the owner but it's still barking through the early hours of the morning and waking us up. it also baked a lot during the day today. It's left outside alone a lot. Thank you.
