> The road closures around Riccarton Mall are ridiculous currently. My trip last night from Wharenui Pool to Chch Boys High took 40 minutes. This is usually a 7 minute trip - in 5/5:30pm traffic. I have a disabled son and travelling like this is incredibly distressing for him. This seem unnecessarily poor planning and I cannot understand why Matipo St was allowed to be closed before Wainui was opened.
