> Hi Nurseryman lane is quite often blocked by vehicles on both sides of the lane. This makes access to the carpark building very difficult and often have to wait 5 mins for them the unload or move. There are signs stating no parking this needs to be enforced especially between the times of 6am and 6pm. The pictures show only one side is blocked as they moved when they saw me taking photos.
