# Hazard, vehicle, 227 Ferry Road, Waltham, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Waltham, Christchurch · filed 6 May 2026 · report 8206166
https://www.chch.live/report/8206166

> Neighbours are parking in the cycle way as there are no markings or signs saying they can't. Today I couldn't actually access my own driveway without having to find and ask them to move their vehicle. There is no visibility for cyclists and E scooter riders who come flying through here in both directions. This is an ongoing issue that I have been flagging for years. I have near misses on a weekly basis and I am deeply concerned that ot is only a matter of time until someone is seriously hurt.
