> Issue: I am reporting a significant accumulation of rubbish and a makeshift shelter setup that has appeared on my fence line. Details: As shown in images, the setup includes a blue tarp, cardboard crates, and various loose debris. Various rubbish is throughout the park including mattress, quite a lot on my fence in particular Please arrange for the removal of the illegally dumped items. If the site is currently occupied, please coordinate with a social outreach team to assist the individual.
