> The water meter box on the road verge outside 6 Meldrum Place, Bishopdale, sits lower than the surrounding ground. Every time it rains, stormwater flows into the box and deposits silt/mud, which has now completely buried the meter — it's no longer visible or readable. This is an ongoing issue, not a one-off. The box needs to be cleared of mud, and ideally the ground level around it raised (or the box lid/frame raised) so water stops pooling into it every rainfall.
