> the owner lives at number 12 vale terrace and had parked the trailer on the road for the last week and has now moved it to the pinned location. it causes obstruction when needing to turn and cannot see upcoming traffic or bikes. there has been a lot of issues involving this trailer and just brings it back a few weeks later after being told to move it.
