> Hi there. I’m not sure who would deal with this, but yesterday morning around 8.30, a worker tending to the rubbish tins on the South Brighton beach was driving really fast along the beach. I felt unsafe with their speed, when previous drivers would drive at a respectfully careful rate. I also saw an older woman almost leap out of the way of the vehicle coming from behind. Is there a maximum speed at which they’re advised to drive? Wi Thanks for all that you do. Jax
