> The hedge at this house, which is on the corner of Parkstone Ave and Avonhead Road, is overgrown and makes it difficult to pass on the footpath. it also cuts down in visibility as you approach the corner. Not only is it inconvenient to navigate around but it becomes very dangerous when kids on bikes or scooters hurtle around the corner into pedestrians.
