> HIGH LEVEL OF DANGER TO CYCLISTS on major cycling route - to be struck by vehicles passing close by while avoiding the mound of chip, struck by chip thrown up by vehicles, or slipping on mounds of loose chip. CCC needs to prioritize getting this cleaned up, needs vacuum and minimal traffic management/ cones. Preferably the task manager who signed this off needs to be tasked with this. Second time I've posted... not
