> At 27 Ansonby on the berm there is the huge tree in the photo. Across the footpath from the tree there is a puddle of water forming. There is an irrigation pipe but the water has been turned off to this. Also you will note that the tree roots are also disturbing the asphalt footpath. The water is the biggest concern.
