> Overgrowth blocking the view from the observation stop, causing a safety issue. I witnessed a young lad standing on the top rail of the safety fence to get a photo. The foliage needs to be cut back urgently or someone could easily get seriously hurt. This may actually be a Port issue however the signage is CHCC so this is partly your responsibility and needs your attention. Thanks for reviewing this issue. Regards Stu.
