Upper Riccarton, Christchurch · filed 19 May 2026 · report 8273710
https://www.chch.live/report/8273710

> Morning. The invasive vine on the fence of this council property is pushing our shared boundary fence over. We've cut it back severely on our side twice, but it will need to be pruned extensively (or removed entirely - pref) on the council side before the fence can be repaired. Access is 29 Arthur St, school carpark. I'm the property manager at Middleton Grange - 027 454 9358 Ben K
