> Access way is often blocked by cars parking across the walkway at the Bishopdale mall back car park. Please could the painted access way be re-painted and made clearer that cars are not to park here. Cars parking there is so common. I had to drive my mobility scooter around all the cars to leave the car park and I had a very close call at being driven into.
