> Tonight every intersection up the hill has this arrangement, I assume to stop traffic going down the hill because of a dig out being done near the roundabout. Dyers pass had full TTM at Hackthorne intersection. It's pretty weak TTM for those living South of Hackthorne the message to the motorist is not clear at all. I saw motorists ignoring it as I drove up the hill. shouldn't it show no entry? Can you pass this onto CTOC and get them to chat with contractor about weak TTM?
