> My previous report raises 26 April 2026 seems to have been ignored. The roots of this tree on the road edge at boundary between my property and next door neighbours at 1A Ballybrack Place is causing damage to the seal of my driveway. Leaves falling from the tree causes considerable build up over the drain which causes flooding all over the road at the entrance to the culder sack street. Spray from vehicles risk of property damage. Lifting drain cover to clear leaves health & Safety risk.
