> Two full large "Nangs" of Nitrous oxide probably 3kg each, found on Waimakariri beach at the top of the Brooklands Spit. too heavy to bring back I left them st the Waimakariri track sign at the border of the Pine forest. it may be a police matter. access by 4WD at low tide or a Quad bike or Dirt bike along the Waimakariri Brooklands lagoon track.
