> Owners from 73 Whitburn avenue have a black Scottish terrier (or similar). Every day they take their dog out to the street and allow it to poo in the gardens along Whitburn/mabel crescent. They do not pick it up. I have asked them to do so and they still are irresponsible and leave behind.
