> I want to make a complaint about noise and disruption from construction noise across the street from us. My husband left for work at 4.15am and I was kept awake with the sound of trucks coming and going (the concrete trucks were parking outside our house to wait for their pour) and foundations being poured from before 5am in a residential area. I went to see what was happening and the foreman was rude. He told me my house was built one day and did I want them pouring concrete until 10pm?
