> Due to the amount of leaves blocking gutters on Parade Court from trees in reserve, no ccc trucks have been to clear gutters, peoples green bins are too small for the amount of leaves blocking gutters, so people have had to put them to the side in reserve near power box, this is now a fire risk and blocking access to the power box. Can these please be removed and maybe give resistance in the area bigger green bins so that they don't have to dump them in reserve, they are clearing the gutters.
