> I am thinking that bit of work across the road from the halswell library entrance on the road protection for pedestrians area to cross the road But by the foot path across the road the protection area has been filled with water and leaves and rubbish for months This is probably not very helpful especially to people with young children and buggies and dogs and whatever A bit of gutter work should sort it
