> Work was just completed on finishing up the retaining wall which we are happy about. What we are not happy about is the water mains pipe has been left exposed and stuck right through the center of the footpath shoulder. When can this be dealt with? I think the pipe should not be exposed like this and it’s prone to failure or damage.
