> The retaining wall was replaced in March and we have been waiting for this water pipe to be finished. The water pipe is on the OUTSIDE of the wall, when our neighbour’s is under the wall. Please fix this as it is in the way for vehicles, likely to be damaged and it really isn’t finished. It seems like it will create more issues in the long run.
