> Hi CCC team, hope you all had a well-deserved long weekend! I’m a resident of Napper Place in Halswell (7 Napper Place) The tree planted in the centre of the cul-de-sac island appears to be dead. Residents have been keeping an eye on it for the past couple of years in case it showed signs of life or produced leaves again, but unfortunately it hasn’t. It now appears to be nothing more than dry branches. Would the Council be able to inspect it and arrange for its replacement please? Thank you!
