> May we have mulch on these 2 wee street gardens. There hasn’t been mulch put down for a very long time but we do see CCC staff weeding. I think it would save money to put the mulch down because there will be less weeding. Also the nicer it looks they’d be less anti social stuff like dumping rubbish and plants being stolen.
