# Roading/Streets

> This advertising is on Travis Road which is part of SH74. This is a breach of a bylaw that prohibits advertising on a State Highway. I’m frustrated because I’ve been advised of the bylaw by NZTA through its agent WSP-Opus and therefore desisted from advertising. I’m certain this candidate is aware (or should be) that they are in breach. It is also probably a breach of election rules too. James Daniels Council Candidate for Coastal Ward
