> I tripped on tree roots on footpath. I was catapulted forward landing hard on right side of head. I have been diagnosed with a minor concussion. The trigeminal nerve has been affected resulting in tingling in my face. My head is fuzzy. As I fell on my right side, I also have pain in my arm, elbow and shoulder. I ripped my jacket. This footpath needs urgent attention. Luckily I am a fit person but this has certainly caused so much inconvenience. I am off work and affecting many aspects of life.
