> There is a detour in place with minimal signage as it was unclear the road was closed. This meant I had to turn right onto Avonside Drive. I followed the detour signs which lead me to the top end of Bealy Ave (where I wanted to be.), but that road was closed too. So I had to keep following the detour signs which led me back to Kilmore St where I began. Very poor signage and no obvious way to get back on track. I had to go back in a big loop to get back to Hereford St (trying to get to Merivale).
