> There is a planter box on Papanui road out side Hit syndicate and a cross from the locksmith. It appears to have been hit by something and its legs are headlong holding it up. It looks terrible the way is. It looks like it could collapse at any moment and Possibly falling on someone’s leg/foot. Can this be fixed?
