> Neighbour floodlight nuisance and noise complaint due to large container within a meter of our boundary. The light points directly at our young child's bedroom window, we have politely asked our neighbours via email to direct the Light away from our property so our child can get to sleep. They have ignored this request and have the light on for several hours every night, plus constant opening/closing of their container in the early/late hours causing loud noise.
