> This lock of faulty and very hard to close and has still not been replaced as asked in the last snap solve send. It needs to be put to the right department to be replaced with the same lock from Chubb with the same type of key for all of the boat compound users. It will also need to be welded onto the chain as this one has been. Looking forward to a swift resolution.
