> This section of Selwyn St has 2 problems. The state of the road as it approaches Brougham St is pretty poor, and as you cross Brougham St is has an enormous hump in the road. The second problem it has is at peak traffic. Traffic backs up sometimes from Moorhouse for the entire length of Selwyn St, as cars that need to turn right onto Brougham St cannot as they have no safe filter arrow. The parked cars nearest to Brougham St stop traffic being able to carry straight on/turn left.
