# Trees - General, 478 Hagley Avenue, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 8 June 2026 · report 8382321
https://www.chch.live/report/8382321

> Tree branches at head height protruding onto busy sidewalk - very hard to see now that there are no leaves on the tree and it gets dark quickly. They stretch right across a "lane" of the shared pathway when using the pedestrian/cycle access between Selwyn Street and Hagley Park. These branches desperately needs a trim, very easy to walk/cycle/skate/scoot into and get scratches or an eye poked!
